
Member Experience Representative - Healthcare

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer‑focused Customer Service Representatives to support our growing healthcare membership. In this role, you will administer health insurance benefits and serve as a primary point of contact for providers and members, answering questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility.
This is a call‑center‑based role handling a high volume of inbound calls and is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem‑solving, helping others, and growing their careers in healthcare.
Location: Fully Onsite
Schedule: 8‑hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
Answer 50–60 inbound calls per day from providers and members
Respond to inquiries regarding claims, benefits, and eligibility
Accurately document calls and resolutions in internal systems
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer service
Follow established processes while meeting call quality and productivity metrics
Qualifications
Prior call center experience (high‑volume environment)
Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open availability for any shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Training & Schedule Details
Training Schedule (30 hours/week):
April 13–17: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
April 20–24: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
April 27–May 1: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Full‑time Schedule begins May 4 with regular 40‑hour weeks
Shift selection will be discussed during the first week of training
All shifts are 9 hours total (includes two paid 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute unpaid lunch)
Work Environment
Fully onsite (hybrid not available initially)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
