Position Overview

Location: This role is based in our regional offices (90% In-Office / 10% Travel):
Winston‑Salem: 2325 S. Stratford Road, Winston‑Salem, NC 27103
Charlotte: 1000 Amble Drive, Charlotte, NC 28206
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Salaried/Exempt)
Requirements: 3+ years FP&A experience; Expert Excel Skills (Advanced Logic/Programming).

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Strategic Modeling: Develop and maintain pricing models (labor, productivity, taxes) to ensure new business is priced accurately and profitably.
Data Storytelling: Create high-level dashboards to monitor gross margin trends and translate raw data into actionable insights for leadership.
Bid Diplomacy: Partner with Sales (BDMs) and Accounting to evaluate bids and renewals, ensuring they align with margin targets and regional operational abilities.
Market Intelligence: Run wage and labor studies to ensure bids are feasible in specific geographic markets; analyze win/loss trends and competitor pricing.
Systems Integration: Work with Regional Finance Advisors (RFAs) to seasonalize budgets into Adaptive and manage data within internal ERP systems.
What You Bring To The Team
Expert Excel Mastery (Required): You go far beyond V‑Lookups. You must understand complex "if‑then‑else" formulas and be able to identify/fix broken calculations.
Technical "Plus" Skills (Highly Encouraged): Previous experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a major advantage.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L statements and the fundamentals of service-based labor and production rates.
Communication & Diplomacy: You can manage "dual loyalties" between Sales (who want to win) and Accounting (who want to protect margins).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
