What You’ll Do The Brand Management – Entertainment Summer (June – August) Intern will help support the execution of day‑to‑day brand operations. This role provides hands‑on experience in talent branding and partnership management by assisting with scheduling, logistics, research, reporting, and administrative support. The intern will work closely with the brand team and gain exposure to the business side of a global celebrity brand.

What you’ll be working on

Fill out request forms for new deals and letters of authorization

Work with PR to submit Newsletter Requests for all Authentic partners

Summarize new contracts and amendments

Work on ideating direction for new style guides and/or supplements for the Creative team

Create decks for outreach

Product Merchandising

Brainstorm new business opportunities

Analyze the Living Legends Business

Must Haves

Available to work up to 20 hours per week

Able to work onsite in our LA office

Currently enrolled university student

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn with a strong interest in branding, sports, media, and entertainment

Willingness to get your hands dirty and make things happen.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Process‑driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks

Primary Location Salary Range The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in LA is $18 The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in LA is $22
