Overview
A large, wellestablished manufacturing organization is seeking an
Inside Sales Associate
to support a growing project and increased business volume. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience with a major global brand and potentially grow with the company longterm.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound customer calls to expand business and strengthen relationships.
Follow up on customer orders to ensure receipt, satisfaction, and accuracy.
Support collections efforts by contacting customers regarding open balances.
Investigate, follow up on, and resolve customer issues.
Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of all orders.
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in inside sales, order entry, account management, or a similar role.
Strong Excel skills (required).
Strong customer service abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automation, purchasing, or collections.
Disqualification Criteria
Cannot work onsite.
Cannot commit to the full contract duration.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
