Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager plays a key role in developing a strong, high-performing sales team that delivers outstanding results and exceptional homeowner experiences. This role is ideal for a leader who believes success starts with people—someone who leads with humility, works with urgency, and builds trust through strong relationships.

The Sales Manager provides hands-on coaching, guidance, and accountability while modeling Sure-Dry’s mission, values, and commitment to delivering a WOW experience for every homeowner.

Essential Responsibilities Lead and Develop the Team

Coach and support sales representatives through regular feedback, training, and development.

Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.

Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members to help them succeed.

Conduct team meetings, ride-alongs, and 1:1 performance conversations.

Set clear expectations while encouraging ownership and continuous improvement.

Partner with HR on performance reviews and development plans.

Create opportunities that help team members grow professionally and personally.

Drive Sales Performance

Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.

Identify opportunities for coaching, training, and skill development that strengthen results.

Encourage disciplined execution while celebrating team wins.

Champion the Customer Experience

Step in to help resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.

Ensure every homeowner interaction reflects Sure-Dry’s commitment to a remarkable experience.

Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles; construction industry experience preferred

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with proficiency in standard business software.

An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of success.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Valid non-probationary driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
