Top Responsibilities – Corporate Accounting Manager:
Lead monthly close activities for corporate entities including cash, debt, accruals, and allocations
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analytics
Oversee treasury accounting activities including debt, interest, hedging, and cash reconciliations
Manage purchase accounting processes and statutory reporting requirements
Assist with consolidations and intercompany eliminations related to corporate entities
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce close timelines
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of accounting professionals
Support internal control assessments and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Provide support for SEC reporting and coordinate with external auditors
Experience Preferred – Corporate Accounting Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or MBA preferred)
CPA preferred
6+ years of progressive accounting experience within public accounting or large public companies
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
Proven leadership, project management, and team development skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP or consolidation systems preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
