Role Description We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Travel Sales Coordinator to join our team at LGF. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry, specializing in planning and executing trips for fraternity and sorority groups at universities nationwide.
The Travel Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of five professionals and play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating logistics, and driving successful group experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Prior involvement in Greek life is required. A strong understanding of fraternity and sorority culture - including leadership structures, internal dynamics, and terminology - is a major plus!
As the Travel Sales Coordinator, some of your key responsibilities will be:
Drive new business development through strategic cold calling, email outreach, and relationship-based sales efforts
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fraternity and sorority clients
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with campus leaders, advisors, and event chairs
Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline, tracking activity and performance metrics
Coordinate and book travel accommodations for campus visits and client meetings
Collaborate with the administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless trip execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
Monitor industry, travel, and campus trends to identify new sales opportunities
Assist in developing sales strategies for specific campuses or regions
Represent LGF professionally in all client‑facing interactions
Meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
