
Enterprise Sales Team Manager - Healthcare

What We Need
PDC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth across large healthcare systems, IDNs, and enterprise provider networks through a portfolio of connected identification solutions, including thermal printers, scanners, software, labels, and wristbands.
This role will lead enterprise and regional sales teams responsible for expanding adoption of patient identification, specimen labeling, and clinical workflow solutions that directly impact patient safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling hardware + software + consumables into complex healthcare environments with long sales cycles and recurring revenue models.
What You'll Be Doing Enterprise Revenue & Portfolio Leadership
Own enterprise-level revenue performance across thermal printing, scanning, software, labels, and wristbands
Drive growth across capital hardware, software, and high-velocity consumables within enterprise health systems
Establish disciplined pipeline management and forecasting tied to install base expansion and utilization growth
Enterprise Account Strategy & Expansion
Develop and execute multi-year enterprise account plans focused on standardization, system-wide rollouts, and clinical adoption
Expand footprint across care settings including acute care, ambulatory, lab, pharmacy, and perioperative environments
Lead complex sales motions involving clinical leadership, IT, supply chain, patient safety, and executive sponsors
Sales Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop enterprise and regional sales leaders and account executives
Enable teams to sell workflow outcomes (patient safety, traceability, efficiency) rather than just devices or price
Build a culture of accountability, coaching, and predictable execution
Clinical Workflow & Technology Alignment
Partner with clinical, IT, and operations stakeholders to align solutions with workflows such as:
Patient ID & wristbanding
Specimen collection & labeling
Medication administration & bedside scanning
Navi gate EMR/EHR integrations, system validation, and IT security requirements
Cross-Functional & Go-to-Market Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Operations, and Customer Success
Align field sales, inside sales, and channel partners around enterprise accounts
Provide market feedback to influence roadmap, packaging, and pricing strategies
Compliance, Contracting & Governance
Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance, data security, and hospital policy requirements
Lead enterprise pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and GPO alignment
Maintain disciplined deal governance across capital and consumable agreements
What You Will Need To Be Successful
10+ years of healthcare sales experience, including enterprise or national account leadership
Proven success selling thermal printers, scanners, software, labels, wristbands, or adjacent connected healthcare technologies
Experience managing hardware + software + consumables business models with recurring revenue
Deep understanding of IDNs, enterprise health systems, value analysis, GPOs, and contracting
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Strong executive presence with clinical and operational credibility
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving system-wide standardization of printers, scanners, or patient ID solutions
Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other EMR environments
Experience selling into VA, DoD, or Federal healthcare systems (plus)
Background in patient safety, specimen management, or clinical workflow technologies
