What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound call/chat volume, taking between 40-50 customer calls/chats per 8-hour workday
Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month to ensure continuous improvement
Maintain excellent customer service standards through call quality and problem-solving
Log and retain accurate customer records in Salesforce.com
Collaborate with a team of 15-20 other sales associates, focusing on driving revenue and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
Strong detail orientation and superior interpersonal skills
Proven experience using critical thinking tools to solve customer issues
Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a customer service role specifically within the home improvement industry
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
Self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments
Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills
