Call Center Representative

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and online chats. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond promptly to text messages and emails through our internal communication system. Monitor and manage chats via WhatsApp, our platform for project communications. Review and confirm online appointments. Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and communication records. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Position Requirements: Ability to manage a high call volume (approximately 50 calls on a slow day and up to 150 on a busy day). Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor with a respectful and team-oriented attitude. Dependable and punctual with excellent attention to detail. Compensation: Compensation for the Call Center Representative position is discussed during the interview process. We typically ask candidates about their salary expectations and review them with management to determine the best possible match. Pay may vary based on experience, skill level, and location. In some cases, the role may be offered on a salary basis. Schedule & Shifts: Our call center operates Monday through Saturday on a five-day workweek. If a representative is scheduled to work on Saturday, they will have a weekday off to maintain the five-day schedule. Operating Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (EST) Typical Shift Options: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM 8:30 AM 5:00 PM 9:00 AM 5:30 PM 9:30 AM 6:00 PM 10:00 AM 6:30 PM 10:30 AM 7:00 PM 11:00 AM 7:30 PM 11:30 AM 8:00 PM Each agent receives a 30-minute lunch break and an additional 30 minutes of break time throughout the day, which can be used as needed. Please note that while we strive to accommodate individual shift preferences, scheduling is primarily based on operational needs to ensure efficient and consistent service as our company continues to grow.
