The Role As an Account Manager, you will own and grow strategic relationships with existing enterprise clients, serving as a trusted partner throughout their transformation journey. This is a consultative, growth‑oriented role focused on long‑term value creation, account expansion, and client success—not transactional renewals.
You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, Launch delivery leaders, and Studios to identify new opportunities, expand existing engagements, and ensure Launch continues to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and upper‑mid‑market client accounts
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact and trusted advisor to client stakeholders
Identify, shape, and close expansion opportunities across AI, data, cloud, and digital initiatives
Partner with Launch Studios and delivery teams to align solutions with evolving client priorities
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to client transformation roadmaps
Ensure strong client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term partnership value
Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account planning
Who You Are You are a relationship‑driven, consultative seller who excels at growing complex enterprise accounts and helping clients progress through meaningful change. You understand how to uncover opportunity within existing relationships and translate trust into long‑term value.
You bring
Proven experience managing and expanding consulting or professional services accounts
Strong discovery, storytelling, and executive‑level communication skills
The ability to translate evolving business needs into data‑, AI‑, and technology‑enabled solutions
A growth mindset with a track record of account expansion and revenue growth
Experience navigating multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments across business, technical, and economic buyers
A collaborative approach to expanding business through delivery teams, partners, and ecosystem relationships
Confidence working across multiple industries and solution areas with a client‑first, outcome‑oriented mindset
The ability to operate independently while partnering closely with internal leadership and delivery teams
Motivation driven by long‑term partnerships, growth, and measurable client impact—not short‑term wins
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
5–10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or consulting sales
Demonstrated success growing and retaining enterprise client relationships
Proven ability to identify, position, and close multi‑service expansion opportunities
Experience across AI, data, cloud, software engineering, or digital transformation preferred

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $180,000 plus variable compensation.
