About the Role This is a full-time on-site role located predominantly in Dallas for a Venue & Catering Sales Professional. The Sales Professional is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, and working with clients to plan and execute their events. This role is not managing a team, it is an individual sales contributor. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and hospitality, able to multitask and manage competing priorities, and has superb communication and negotiation skills. Job is a salaried job with a Tuesday - Saturday typical work week consisting of 45-50 hours per week of on-site work both in an office setting and at events. You must have prior wedding sales experience and relevant hospitality experience to be considered for this role.
