
Regional Sales Manager

Our client is seeking an EPC Regional Sales Manager to sell specialty HDPE piping systems into Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms across heavy industrial, power, data center, marine, and mining markets.

Remote work plus travel
Monday–Friday travel only (no weekend travel)
Small, growing EPC sales team with direct access to long-tenured leadership
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage full-cycle sales to EPC and heavy industrial clients (prospecting to close).
Travel 50–75% to meet engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
Prepare proposals and technical presentations on HDPE piping solutions.
Attend project meetings and track opportunities/activities in CRM.
Monitor competitors and resolve customer issues with internal support.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
3+ years EPC or heavy industrial outside sales experience.
Comfortable with long-cycle, project-based sales and frequent travel.
Able to speak credibly with engineers
Strong project management, contract understanding, and closing skills
Professional, down-to-earth communication style
