Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Operations Associate
to support the
Receivables Operations (Lockbox) team . This role is responsible for processing customer payments received by mail, preparing deposits, and supporting operational projects that help expand business capacity. This position may be
full-time or part-time depending on operational needs and scheduling requirements . All work is
onsite only . Key Responsibilities
Payment Processing & Operations
Process and deposit checks and invoices received through mail. Review checks and invoices for special customer instructions and determine appropriate handling. Sort incoming mail and prepare deposit tickets to meet daily and hourly deadlines. Prepare information for entry into the information reporting system. Communicate deposit information to lockbox customers via phone to ensure account requirements are met. Project & Program Support
Support the delivery of key business expansion programs within the Receivables Operations (Lockbox) organization. Partner with Operations, Product Management, Real Estate, Security, and Technology teams to help build operational capacity for expected volume growth. Coordinate internal resources to ensure effective execution of operational projects. Assist with organizing internal and external meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and providing updates to stakeholders. Help maintain project documentation using tools such as
MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Support the Program Manager in developing and maintaining project plans to track progress. Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedules, and costs. Escalate issues and provide status updates to management when necessary. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment Basic proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Onsite only (no remote or hybrid option) Various schedule options available Contract position Compensation & Schedule
Pay:
$18 per hour Expected hours:
8–40 hours per week depending on shift and operational needs Schedule:
1st shift currently available Employment type:
