Customer Service Representative

to support our customers and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating freight dispatch, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner

Provide helpful information and support to customers regarding shipments and services

Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks

Coordinate and dispatch freight as needed

Work with internal teams to ensure shipments are processed efficiently

Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

Ability to multitask and stay
