This role is central to the successful delivery of large ground up multi-family construction projects across the country. The Traveling Superintendent leads site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required standard. By coordinating subcontractors, managing daily site activities, and working closely with project managers, this position plays a key role in maintaining project quality and strong client relationships.

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
Work with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules
Monitor site safety, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications
Review and approve site documentation including requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders
Provide regular progress updates including site activity and client communication
5+ years experience as a lead superintendent on large multi-family construction projects
Experience delivering projects around 100,000 sq ft or larger
Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software
