This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Sanford, ME. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community, ensuring efficient property management, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include rent collection, leasing and renewals, coordinating maintenance, resolving tenant concerns, maintaining financial records, and monitoring the property’s overall condition. The Property Manager will also collaborate with Service Coordinators to support residents and enhance the community experience. Qualifications

Property Management and Leasing: Experience with lease management, tenant relations, and addressing tenant concerns. Financial Management: Proficiency in rent collection, budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records. Administrative and Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain records, manage documentation, and oversee regulatory compliance. Facility and Maintenance Coordination: Knowledge of property maintenance and the ability to coordinate service requests effectively. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with residents and staff. Experience: Background in property management, real estate, or a related field preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in property management, real estate, or business administration preferred. Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools is a plus. Commitment to community-building and resident support initiatives is highly valued.
