We are searching for Sales Account Executives with a proven track record in software sales. You will sell NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system, which includes ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce solutions. More about the Opportunity: Focus on selling application solutions within your designated territory, targeting net new logos only.

Manage the sales process through prospecting, lead qualification, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

Network internally with NetSuite teams, including leadership, marketing, and enablement, to enhance sales performance.

Collaborate closely with BDRs and Solutions Consultants to drive success.

Develop comprehensive solution proposals, addressing all aspects of business applications.

Engage in the creation, presentation, and sales of a compelling value proposition through various communication channels.

Lead and drive sales opportunities by employing strategic selling and negotiation techniques to close deals.

About You: You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS/Technology sales and have a strong desire to excel.

A solid understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, eCommerce, ERP, or CRM is essential, along with negotiation skills to finalize sales.

You are a proactive sales hunter, consistently ranking among your company's top performers.

Responsibilities Your primary goal will be to maximize sales profitability and grow account presence within your designated territory, which may encompass a mix of geographic, product, industry, and customer dimensions. You will sell directly to the territory or through partners, managing the entire sales process while collaborating with various teams in business development, consulting, and support to reveal customer needs. You will deeply understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive landscape to formulate solution proposals that address all aspects of the application. Engage in travel to customer locations to develop sales opportunities, and participate in creating and presenting value propositions. You will have the opportunity to present in person to C-level executives, negotiating and closing strategic, complex deals while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships to maximize sales potential. The US hiring range is from $30.19 to $48.32 per hour; $62,800 to $100,500 annually. Eligible for equity and commission at a 50/50 pay mix. Oracle maintains extensive salary ranges to account for variations in skills, experience, market conditions, and geography, as well as reflecting different products, industries, and business lines. The placement will be determined by these factors and internal equity.
