Role Description The Central Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is responsible for the profitable promotion of the KStrong Fall Protection in the specified region of the USA. Integral to this role is the development and building of new relationships with key end users in the region. Ensuring that regional strategies are in line with corporate objectives including ethical conduct guidelines. The successful candidate will be expected to meet & exceed the annual territory sales target by increasing market share through new end user conversions and cultivating relationships with distribution partners. Must be able to actively promote and specify the KStrong product range with key stakeholders to a technical level. The position requires the ability to travel throughout the territory to cultivate potential end users, distribution and exhibitions and be able to interview, hire, train and manage independent rep agents and direct reps, as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, account management, and business development

Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales strategies within designated regions

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of personal protective equipment and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI) is a plus

Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for sales forecasting and reporting

Ability to manage and motivate a team, set goals, and achieve sales targets

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field ore equivalent work experience.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
