Tulsa metro market

and seeking a motivated

Outside Sales Representative

who thrives on building relationships and winning new business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction industry, enjoys being in the field, and is driven to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and deliver solutions that support complex construction and industrial projects. You will work directly with

general contractors, subcontractors, developers, manufacturing facilities, architects, and government agencies

to identify upcoming bid opportunities and position the company early in the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing opportunities in

Salesforce , qualifying project leads, visiting job sites to support estimates, and partnering with internal teams to develop competitive proposals for access and construction solutions. What we’re looking for:

Experience in

scaffold or work-access sales , particularly with labor-based contracts Ability to

estimate scaffold or access projects Experience using

Salesforce in a construction or project environment Prior experience in the

construction or industrial services industry What’s offered:
