This is a high-impact sales role with serious earning potential. If you bring hustle, confidence, and a strong work ethic, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you thrive.
If you’ve got at least one year of sales experience and the drive to win, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Generate leads through door knocking, networking, referrals, and prospecting
Perform roof inspections for residential and commercial properties
Prepare and present professional roofing proposals
Educate homeowners and business owners on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claims
Close deals and guide customers from estimate to project completion
Manage leads and opportunities through CRM systems
Work with production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality
Follow up with clients to generate reviews, referrals, and repeat business
Represent the WCM Roofing brand with integrity, professionalism, and confidence
What We're Looking For We want hungry, motivated professionals who want more than just a job.
Ideal candidates will have:
1+ years of sales experience (construction, roofing, or B2C preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with homeowners and decision-makers
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and self-discipline
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work outdoors and perform roof inspections
Multilingual skills are a plus
