Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sr. Catering Sales Manager, based in the Washington DC‑Baltimore area. The Sr. Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for managing catering sales, coordinating and planning events, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day‑to‑day tasks include prospecting and engaging with clients, creating tailored event proposals, collaborating with the food and beverage team, and overseeing the successful execution of events. This role ensures superior customer service and plays a critical part in exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning.
Advanced skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent client experience.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and their integration into event planning.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment with attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in the hospitality, catering, or events industry is highly desirable.
