The Regional Sales Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving revenue growth within your assigned region. Leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.

Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the region.

Collaborate with the executive team to set realistic sales targets and objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Monitor sales performance within the region and analyze sales data regularly.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Develop action plans to address performance gaps and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Identify and explore new markets, territories, and potential business opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for market penetration.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company's presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role in the supply chain sector.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of CRM software and sales-related tools.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
