About the Role Green Giftz is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of corporate marketing clients and lead branded merchandise programs from concept through production and delivery.

This role blends client relationship management with project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client initiatives simultaneously while delivering excellent service and creative solutions.

The position is based in the Grand Rapids area and includes regular client interaction throughout West Michigan, along with hybrid work flexibility once established in the role.

Key Responsibilities Client Partnership

Build strong, trusted relationships with corporate marketing and communications teams

Participate in in-person client meetings and presentations in the West Michigan area

Serve as a strategic partner by recommending branded merchandise ideas aligned with marketing initiatives and events

Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project updates and opportunities

Project & Client Management

Manage projects from concept through production and delivery

Manage sourcing, quoting, artwork approvals, production timelines, and logistics

Prepare accurate quotes and ensure pricing reflects product costs, decoration methods, and shipping

Enter and manage orders in the company order management system with extreme attention to detail

Verify accuracy across imprint colors, decoration methods, artwork versions, product specs, pricing, and ship dates

Track and manage multiple simultaneous projects with precision and organization

Account Growth

Identify opportunities to expand programs within existing accounts

Proactively recommend ideas tied to client initiatives and events

Develop proposals and presentations for new merchandise programs

Stay informed on industry trends and innovative product opportunities

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with design, operations, and supplier partners to deliver high-quality programs

Communicate regularly with shared support staff to prioritize workflow and project timelines

Ensure a seamless experience for clients from concept through delivery

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate combines strong relationship skills with operational discipline and attention to detail. This person is comfortable managing multiple moving parts while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.

They enjoy building long-term client partnerships and bringing creative ideas to marketing teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales

Experience working with corporate clients or marketing teams preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Comfortable managing pricing, quoting, and vendor coordination

Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, events, or marketing programs is a plus

Located within driving distance of Grand Rapids, MI
