Job Overview We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing the value of commercial properties through financial analysis, data collection, and market research. Your expertise will help inform lending decisions, investment strategies, and risk assessments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of real estate valuation within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Must be very smart, highly analytical, exceptional with Excel, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed property valuations to support lending and investment decisions
Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and investment potential
Prepare clear, data-driven reports and summaries and proformas
Collaborate with loan officers and the broader team to assess risk and opportunity
Support due diligence processes for prospective loans
Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate analysis or related field
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Excellent Excel and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field
