Hoist Media is a Los Angeles-based public art and outdoor advertising studio. We paint buildings, activate streets, and build spaces for some of the most recognized brands in the world. We're looking for a closer.
This is a commission-only role for an experienced OOH sales professional who knows the landscape, has real relationships, and can open new accounts independently. You'll be selling a differentiated product — hand-painted murals, street-level activations, experiential programming, spatial design — to brands and agencies that care about doing something worth looking at.
What you'll do Prospect and pitch new clients across brands and agencies. Build and maintain long-term relationships. Collaborate with our team on proposals. Own your pipeline start to finish.
What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in outdoor advertising, OOH media sales, or a closely related field. An existing network of brand and agency contacts you can activate. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-directed and comfortable operating in a commission-only environment. LA-based preferred but not required.
Compensation Commission only. Above-market rate. Unlimited upside.
