The Amazon Key Account Manager will drive strategic growth by developing, executing, and managing account strategies. This role involves direct customer engagement, competitive analysis, and solution development in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material handling and system integration within the supply chain parcel logistics sector and will excel in relationship‑building, sales execution, and strategic planning in fast‑paced environments. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.
Your role in our team
You will coordinate and collaborate with internal businesses and functions to plan and execute global account strategies
You will service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by organizing and prioritizing daily outreach to current and prospective customers
You will develop deep partnerships with customers by immersing in their operations to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
You will lead the creation and execution of strategies for profitable expansion into new or existing market segments
You will monitor market trends and competitive activity, gathering intelligence on pricing, product developments, delivery timelines, and merchandising techniques
You will establish and maintain sponsorship with key decision‑makers to enhance account growth and retention
You will driven the generation of new program ideas that support profitable market strategies and customer objectives
You will oversee the development and implementation of detailed account plans to achieve defined business goals within assigned accounts and territories
You will collaborate closely with System Application Engineers to develop customer‑specific pricing strategies and solution proposals
You will develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
You will collaborated with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of material handling systems.
You will negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
Your profile
You have demonstrated success managing in a complex, conceptual selling environment
You have proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close profitable deals while mitigating risk
You have innovative mindset with experience leading implementation of total solutions, including third‑party alliances
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
You have outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams
You have strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
You have strategic thinker with the ability to blend "big picture" vision with tactical execution
You have customer‑focused with a strong commitment to delivering value and building trusted partnerships
You have exceptional negotiation and decision‑making capabilities
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools
You have experienced in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track and manage sales pipelines
You have flexibility and willingness to travel more than 50%, both domestically and internationally
Education And Experience Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
MBA or advanced business degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of proven, successful experience in sales, marketing, or business development
At least 5 years of experience in sales within an industry‑related field
Experience working with stakeholders from operations to C‑suite level executives
Proven track record of driving strategic growth, managing key accounts, and leading go‑to‑market initiatives
5+ years proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the material handling and system integration sectors
Proven track record of growing sales revenue profitably
Strong understanding of supply chain parcel logistics and related technologies.
Candidates with experience in the forklift and material handling industry are preferred
Strong analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret data from various sources
Preferred Qualifications
Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross‑functional teams.
Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in material handling.
