Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technical

Inventory & IT Asset Management Administrator

to oversee the full lifecycle of hardware assets and supply chain logistics. In this role, you will act as the primary owner for our centralized "depot" operations, ensuring that system refreshes, hardware deployments, and inventory controls are executed with precision to maintain peak organizational productivity. Responsibilities

Inventory & Asset Tracking:

Manage the inventory tracking system to maintain accurate records of all deliveries, shipments, and real-time stock levels.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate delivery and shipment data to identify opportunities for improving inventory control procedures and supply chain logistics.

Predictive Analysis:

Analyze daily product and supply levels to proactively anticipate and mitigate potential inventory shortages or logistical problems.

Lifecycle Management:

Direct the full lifecycle management for system refreshes, including hardware selection, imaging, deployment, data backup, and software/licensing transfers.

SLA & Incident Management:

Execute hardware refreshes, office moves, and Incident Response (SA/PA) schedules to consistently meet or exceed established SLAs.

ServiceNow Administration:

Utilize ServiceNow for all incident and request tracking, ensuring full compliance with asset management, commissioning, and decommissioning processes.

Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards to track team efforts and provide reports on inventory levels and procedural efficiency to upper management.

Depot Operations:

Manage the centralized "depot" head office, overseeing employee schedules and daily device shipments to ensure zero impact on end-user productivity.

Personnel Coordination:

Communicate with inventory staff to align with business goals, address personnel issues, and optimize daily operations.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain professional business relationships with external suppliers and internal clients.

Cost Reduction:

Propose and implement strategic initiatives to reduce operational costs within the supply chain.

Demand Planning:

Monitor market demand and historical data to forecast future supply and logistical requirements.

Technical Compliance:

Oversight of new machine patch management and vulnerability mitigation to ensure hardware security before deployment.

Collaboration:

Contribute to broader team objectives by accomplishing related results and maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professional communication.
