ICONIQ Homes is expanding into Huntsville, Texas, and we are looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us establish a powerful local presence.

This is not a desk-only role. This is a community-facing, visibility-building, relationship-driven position designed to help ICONIQ Homes become a recognized and trusted name throughout Huntsville.

Schedule:

Part-Time or Full-Time (Weekend rotation required)

Weekend Hours:

Saturdays 10am–6pm, Sundays 12pm–6pm

Role Overview As our Huntsville-based Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will act as the local brand ambassador for ICONIQ Homes. You’ll work directly in the community to build partnerships, increase exposure, support sales efforts, and ensure our new development gains strong momentum.

You will collaborate closely with Sales Consultants and the Marketing Team while leading boots-on-the-ground business development efforts in Huntsville.

What You’ll Do Community Visibility & Business Development

Build relationships with local real estate brokerages and offices

Visit real estate offices to present promotions and community updates

Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations

Distribute marketing materials and promotional information

Represent ICONIQ Homes at community functions and networking events

Identify sponsorship and co-marketing opportunities

Event Planning & Execution

Plan and host Realtor events, grand openings, and community activations

Set up booths at local events, festivals, and school functions

Coordinate signage, giveaways, and promotional materials

Ensure strong attendance and follow-up from events

Sales Support

Host and assist with tours when needed

Support Sales Consultants with daily traffic and client preparation

Ensure model homes and marketing materials remain presentation-ready

Help drive agent engagement and buyer follow-up

Marketing & Content Support

Capture photos and short-form video content onsite

Use Canva to create flyers, promotional materials, and event graphics

Post updates and promote Huntsville events and inventory

Track local engagement and report performance metrics

CRM & Organization

Use CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) to track outreach and engagement

Document brokerage visits, event contacts, and partnership efforts

Maintain organized reporting of community marketing activity

What We’re Looking For

Live in or near Huntsville, TX

Thrive in a community-facing, relationship-building role

Have experience in marketing, business development, event coordination, or real estate

Have Canva experience

Have experience using a CRM like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho

Are confident networking with professionals and business owners

Are comfortable speaking in front of small groups

Are organized, proactive, and self-driven

Have reliable transportation for local outreach

Real estate experience is a plus

Must not be a licensed real estate agent while employed in this role
