to join our executive search team. This position is perfect for intellectually curious and commercially minded individuals who thrive on solving intricate problems and influencing senior decision-makers. At its essence, executive search revolves around insight and engagement. You will explore markets, analyze industries, identify high-performing senior leaders, and engage them with a compelling and credible narrative. Your responsibilities will span research, consulting, and business development, as you cultivate trusted relationships with executives at the Director, Senior Director, and VP levels across various industries and geographies. Key Responsibilities Participate in comprehensive role briefings with clients alongside experienced Client Partners. Conduct structured market mapping and competitor analysis to identify target talent pools. Engage, qualify, and assess senior-level executives against specific client mandates. Execute structured interviews to evaluate leadership capability and functional expertise. Provide clients with search updates, market intelligence, and candidate insights. Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, ensuring a professional and consultative experience.
