
Manager of Cybersecurity Product Enablement

Position Purpose:
Join our dynamic team as the Manager of Cybersecurity Product Enablement, where you will lead a diverse group of agile coaches, technical writers, and product owners. Your expertise will guide the enhancement of secure and high-quality delivery within Cybersecurity, playing a pivotal role in developing capabilities that support Cyber Application Development & Analytics (CSADA) and Legal IT Systems Support (LITSS). Ensure our products and services meet security, compliance, and documentation standards while aligning with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
30% Delivery & Execution:
Develop and own the vision and roadmap for Cyber Technology Product Enablement, emphasizing collaboration with CSADA and LITSS partner teams.
Maintain clear and prioritized backlogs and establish well-defined acceptance criteria for various initiatives and services.
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and product roadmaps through collaboration with Cyber Application Development & Analytics and Legal IT Systems Support teams.
Oversee the creation of high-quality technical documentation and knowledge articles to support secure operations and scalable adoption.
Enhance the overall enablement process by establishing documentation quality standards and definitions.
Ensure security, privacy, and legal requirements are documented and traceable from the early stages of product life cycles.
Define, track, and report on vital Product Enablement metrics to showcase value and promote continuous improvement.
Work with vendors and internal partners to optimize critical enablement tools and platforms.
10% Support & Enablement: Respond to inquiries from various teams regarding enablement processes and documentation standards.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to clarify roles and reduce friction.
Maintain support tools and processes to ensure usability and accuracy.
Partner with teams to improve the visibility and prioritization of service catalogs and workflows.
Monitor feedback channels to identify issues in adoption and opportunities for improvement in training or documentation.
50% People: Lead and mentor a team of professionals in an environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Set clear, strategic goals and conduct regular performance reviews aligned with our cybersecurity strategy.
Attract and retain top talent, building a diverse and high-performing Product Enablement team.
Guide team members in strategic planning and execution, promoting a product-centric mindset.
Champion agile practices and coach team members on best practices.
Standardize workflows to enhance predictability and transparency across the team.
Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted coaching.
Cultivate collaboration among cybersecurity and legal technology teams to share best practices and resources.
10% Learning: Stay current on modern product management and agile practices through learning channels.
Build relationships with leaders in technology and cybersecurity to adapt best practices.
Continue education on agile frameworks and emerging cybersecurity trends.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback into operations, continuously refining our operating model and service catalog.
Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Reports to Senior Manager or Director.
Oversees a team of 6-10 direct reports.
Travel Requirements: No travel required.
Physical Requirements: This position primarily involves sitting, with occasional light lifting or moving needed.
Working Conditions: Position based in a comfortable indoor environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of leadership experience in product, agile delivery, or cybersecurity settings.
5-7 years of relevant experience in technology or agile delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in product development or IT.
Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and work management tools.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or legal IT platforms.
Excellent ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PSM, SAFe, CISSP) are a plus.
Minimum Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Preferred Education: No additional education required.
Minimum Years of Work Experience: 8 years.
Minimum Leadership Experience: No formal leadership experience necessary.
