We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international outsourcing company with offices in Lisbon and Porto. They’re looking for Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Portugal, and they’ll take care of getting you there. Full relocation package included:

You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch‑speaking customers, handling enquiries via phone, chat, and email. Depending on the project, you could be working across industries like fashion, technology, travel, or e‑commerce. Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries in Dutch via phone, chat, and email Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions Document interactions and follow up where needed Meet quality and performance targets Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience Requirements
Native‑level Dutch and Professional English Willingness to relocate to Lisbon or Porto, Portugal Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset Comfortable working with computers and CRM tools No prior customer service experience required, full training provided Your Relocation Package
