Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company, manufactures and markets block supplements, loose minerals, and dried molasses. Products are sold under highly recognized and proprietary brand names, including CRYSTALYX®, SWEETLIX®, and STOCKADE® Brands, in addition to a number of controlled and private labels. We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of Customer Service Representative at our Worthington, MN facility.
This position will assist the Plant Manager, Assistant Manager and office personnel in the processing of daily office work. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: handling telephone calls; receiving of orders and coordinating shipment schedules; preparing reports; receiving of ingredients; invoicing; performing any other duties as they are assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service and communication skills, moderate computer skills in Microsoft Office, basic math skills and experience working in an office environment.
