In this role, you’ll be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of construction and a deep understanding of the RedTeam product portfolio to help companies deliver more successful projects through our best-in‑class construction management solutions. Your charter will be to grow RedTeam’s annual recurring revenue for these products through new customer acquisition, and to help set these customers up for a successful outcome leveraging RedTeam's platform. This person will report to the Sales Director and is a remote position. What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop a pipeline for potential customers in assigned territory using various direct methods such as calling and in‑person meetings, along with indirect methods such as networking, online research, and sequencing Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities Research prospective customers, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, uncover challenges, quantify pain, discover business requirements, and recommend solutions to win customer Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date forecasts; provide leadership with reports on sales activities and projects as requested Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within HubSpot Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Create long‑term renewable business by focusing your efforts on customers that fit RedTeam’s ideal customer profile, involving key decision‑makers, influencers, stakeholders, and addressing their unique requirements Networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow‑up, product demonstrations and product knowledge are key assets to have You will achieve this by creating territory‑based pursuit plans and following a proven sales methodology/process that centers around the customer’s business success What We’re Looking For
BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred 2‑3 years of demonstrated successful B2B software sales, preferably in construction technology Experience using a consultative, solution‑based sales methodology desired Proven record of success in an inside sales and outside sales based selling model Strong prospecting and closing skills Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone, video call and email with customers Ability and resilience to work in a fast‑paced sales environment Ability to develop trusted relationships Proficiency with Google and Microsoft products and online collaboration tools Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to maximize productivity and impact Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably HubSpot Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting Ability to think strategically to build pipeline and bring value to the product What Success Looks Like
100% or higher attainment of customer and revenue acquisition goals Selling the entire portfolio of RedTeam solutions to customers where applicable Taking full ownership of the sales cycle and deploying internal resources as needed Because of you, RedTeam has earned the position of trusted advisor to the customer and has set them up for long‑term success.
