Key Account Manager – Ruminants (Central & North Poland)
Are you passionate about animal health and commercial growth? We’re seeking a driven, digitally savvy Key Account Manager to grow our ruminant and swine business within a defined territory. You’ll build strong relationships with veterinarians, deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and key account plans to drive sales of strategic products.
Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians across A–D segments; identify growth opportunities.
Use CRM and market data to manage accounts, plan calls, and track performance.
Deliver product education, workshops, and customer-focused solutions in partnership with field teams.
Share insights with cross‑functional teams to ensure coordinated customer coverage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, animal sciences, business, or related field.
Proven sales or key account experience in animal health (swine and ruminants preferred).
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM, virtual meeting platforms, and digital sales tools.
Analytical, results‑oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to travel within the territory.
