Eagle Labs is seeking a
driven, hunter-oriented Sales Representative
to generate new business and expand relationships with growing and established brands in the dietary supplement, and skincare markets. This role focuses on
actively identifying and closing new opportunities , while also managing key client relationships and supporting new product development. The ideal candidate understands the contract manufacturing environment, follows emerging industry trends, and can confidently engage brand owners, product managers, and sourcing teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills, along with the ability to collaborate internally with R&D, procurement, and operations to bring innovative products from concept to production. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with emerging, mid-size and large brands in supplements, and skincare. Generate leads through
industry research, networking, outbound outreach, and trade shows . Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to convert prospects into long-term customers. Customer Management
Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customers. Identify opportunities for
organic growth, new product launches, and expanded manufacturing partnerships . Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution. New Product Development Coordination
Partner closely with
R&D teams
to bring customer concepts and formulations to life. Coordinate with
procurement and supply chain teams
to ensure competitive ingredient sourcing and pricing. Manage quote development, project timelines, and product launch coordination. Lead the sales process from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Manage proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements. Represent Eagle Labs at
industry trade shows, events, and client meetings . Internal Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain, labeling, quality, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes that enhance customer experience. Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or
3+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or a related industry . 2–5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience. Experience in
nutritional supplements, skincare, or contract manufacturing strongly preferred . Prior experience selling for a
contract manufacturer (CDMO)
is a strong advantage. Skills
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to
prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities . Ability to collaborate with technical teams on product development and formulation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
and CRM systems. Familiarity with ERP systems preferred. Personal Attributes
Self-motivated and results-driven. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong
hunter mentality . Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments. Curious about industry trends, ingredients, and emerging brands. Employment Type:

Compensation for this role includes
a competitive base salary combined with commission based on sales performance , providing strong earning potential for candidates who successfully generate and close new business.
