Role: Parts Account Manager Reports to: Parts Territory Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Tulsa, OK Responsibilities

Build partnering relationships with customers and individuals responsible for making purchasing decisions

Manage multiple, ongoing opportunities focused on selling OEM and aftermarket parts & supplies

Visit and support customer accounts daily

Identify parts sales opportunities with new and existing customers

Actively manage sales growth plans for assigned accounts

Actively make customers aware of product offerings and promotions

Attend or host sales related entertainment and events, occasionally outside normal business hours

Possess knowledge of all vendor lines, and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers

The Required Profile

Growth mindset, team oriented, and driven to win

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 to 5 years HVAC industry experience is required.

Prior experience in B2B outside sales.

Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence others.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
