As we continue expanding across the United States, we are looking for a motivated

Sales Development Representative / Business Development Associate

to help identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

Position Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play an important role in identifying and connecting with small and mid-sized business owners who may benefit from YoWill Infotech’s technology and digital marketing services.

This role focuses on researching potential clients, performing basic analysis of their digital presence, and conducting outreach through email and phone calls to introduce YoWill Infotech’s services and schedule consultation meetings.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with business owners, organized in managing leads, and motivated to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research small and mid-sized businesses across the United States that may benefit from digital technology and marketing services.

Conduct basic analysis of a company’s digital presence, including their website, search visibility, and social media activity.

Reach out to potential clients through outbound emails and phone calls.

Introduce YoWill Infotech’s services including website development, digital marketing, automation solutions, and technology support services.

Schedule discovery calls and consultation meetings with prospective clients.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads using the company’s CRM system.

Follow up with potential clients and maintain professional communication.

Collaborate with the management team to support sales initiatives and client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Ability to conduct online research and analyze potential business opportunities

Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Experience in digital marketing, technology services, or B2B sales is an advantage but not required

This is a fully remote position based in the United States. The role involves regular communication with business owners through email and phone outreach.

The company will provide a dedicated business email address and phone number to support outreach activities.

Compensation

Competitive base salary ($25,000 – $40,000 per Year)

Customized Commission on each closed projects.
