These inside sales roles works closely with Territory Sales Representatives, customers, vendor partners, and internal departments to provide quoting support, technical assistance, and account coverage. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and RFQs, preparing quotes, reviewing account activity to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, monitoring inbound opportunities, and coordinating customer follow-up in partnership with Territory Sales Representatives. We supply adhesives, sealants, tapes, and specialty fasteners to manufacturers, fabricators, engineers, and builders across the United States. Our customers build everything from custom guitars and architectural stone installations to composite components, electronics assemblies, and specialty construction projects. Success in this role is measured by responsiveness, follow-through, ownership of customer requests, and the ability to support both customers and Territory Sales Representatives. Return accurate RFQs within 24 hours whenever possible, including pricing, lead time, and supporting product information. Maintain company first-response standards of approximately 25 minutes or less during business hours for inbound customer inquiries. Maintain accurate CRM records through daily updates documenting customer conversations, activities, opportunity status, and next actions. Review customer order history and account activity to identify cross-sell, upsell, and product line expansion opportunities that increase the number of SKUs purchased by active customers by approximately 15% annually. Manage open quotes and customer requests through consistent follow-up and communication resulting in a quote-to-order conversion rate of 10% or higher. Assist customers in resolving product selection, application, and logistical questions while supporting a customer retention rate of 75% or higher. Ideal Candidate
