What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and mentor a team of SDRs, enhancing their prospecting skills and achieving targets

Coach SDRs on cold calling, emails, social selling, and outbound prospecting

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop targeted account strategies

Own and refine the SDR playbook to improve outreach efficiency and lead quality

Track performance through KPIs and create actionable plans for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3+ years of sales development or business development experience in a SaaS or technology-related field, with at least 1+ year in a leadership role

Proven track record of exceeding SDR or BDR targets and generating qualified leads

Strong prospecting, qualifying, and outbound sales skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with monday.com's platform or other sales engagement/CRM tools

Familiarity with specific verticals/industries, acting as a subject matter expert

Experience in performance management and coaching within a sales team
