Description

The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking an entry‑level Sales Operations Analyst to support the Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. The candidate will play a foundational role in supporting the SMB go‑to‑market strategy through data analysis and operational reporting. This position focuses on core operational activities, including standard reporting, revenue routing, compensation escalations, and data analysis. The analyst will generate and maintain regular cadenced reports for SMB leadership, support accurate routing and tracking of revenue across SMB territories and segments, and assist with compensation plan inquiries and escalation tracking to ensure sales representatives are compensated accurately. A critical aspect of the role involves conducting deep dives into business data to answer specific questions that enable sales leaders to make informed strategic decisions, as well as contributing to rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and ad‑hoc reporting requests.

Key Responsibilities

Support SMB sales leadership in executing go‑to‑market strategies by providing timely and accurate reporting, data analysis, and operational insights that inform decision‑making.

Work cross‑functionally with Sales Operations Leads, Finance, Tools and Technology teams, and Partner teams to execute key priorities including revenue routing, compensation administration, and territory planning support.

Support rhythm of business activities including Monthly Business Reviews, quarterly planning cycles, Annual Planning processes, and regular cadenced reporting for SMB leadership.

Identify reporting issues, data discrepancies, and gaps in operational processes, escalating concerns and driving timely resolution in partnership with senior Sales Operations team members.

Learn and maintain existing tools and business processes while contributing ideas for simplification and standardization that enable operational excellence across the SMB organization.

Basic Qualifications

Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.

Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.

Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company.
