We’re seeking a reliable and organized
Personal Assistant
based in Salem, OR to support a busy professional with both personal and administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail. You’ll help streamline daily activities and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders Handle emails, phone calls, and light correspondence Assist with local errands, deliveries, and organization tasks Maintain digital files and manage task lists Coordinate travel, reservations, or appointments as needed Provide general administrative and personal support Qualifications
Strong communication and time-management skills Tech-savvy: Comfortable with email, calendar apps, and mobile tools Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of confidentialityValid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred But Not Required
Prior experience as an assistant or in a similar support role Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
