Senior Enterprise Solution Architect (IC6)

As a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect within Oracle Applications Labs (OAL), you will be crucial in defining the enterprise architecture that enables the rapid growth of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. About the Team
Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) leads the design and implementation of the internal Fusion applications driving Oracle's operations. The Enterprise Solution Architecture (ESA) team bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring technology investments deliver significant business value by prioritizing initiatives, shaping the application delivery roadmap, and driving solutions that foster Oracle's growth trajectory. We work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and executive leadership to sustain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's momentum.
Scope of Role
As a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect at OAL, you will oversee the architecture of key application initiatives. Your comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Fusion applications, AI, and cloud infrastructure will enable you to define scalable solution architectures, assess scope and effort, and steer successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities Experience Required 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, solution scoping and design, applications project execution, and cloud infrastructure.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, Data and Analytics, AI), especially with Oracle Fusion.
Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions with senior business and engineering stakeholders to develop roadmaps, endorse solution designs, and confirm delivery plans.
A strong inclination towards practical solutioning and problem-solving, with a results-oriented mindset focusing on details.
An innovative and positive approach to designing and delivering customer solutions, alongside the ability to articulate strategies to internal customers and executives.
Practical experience with standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and associated architecture tools.
Able to analyze complex problems to develop appropriate assessments and recommendations.
Capable of fostering strong internal partnerships, functioning as a key contributor both independently and within teams while providing mentorship.
A bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent professional experience.
Background in high tech or software sectors.
Oracle Cloud certifications in Fusion, Data, Infrastructure, and AI are highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

The specified salary range for this role is between $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. Eligibility for bonus and equity may apply.
