CRE Title Search Paralegal — In-Person, Law Firm

Seeking a Title Searcher to work in a major Triad law firm's Commercial Real Estate practice group. Client is willing to train the right person, so experience in Commercial Real Estate title search is desirable but not required. Friendly & relaxed work atmosphere, paid benefits.
Primary Requirements & Job Duties: Some experience in Commercial Real Estate is desirable. Role is devoted entirely to conducting complex title searches and chains of title for real property, reviewing plats, tax maps, easements, liens, etc. Experience with navigating and using county GIS websites is desirable. Some commercial properties can be very large and made up of many individual plots, with ownership, in some cases, going back 100+ years, so this role requires someone who is highly meticulous, very detail-oriented, and self-motivated, without the need for continuous supervision.
