Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Our Lafayette team is growing! We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team. The CSR will support commercial account managers and producers by servicing existing accounts, processing policy changes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Manager with new business and renewal processes
Issues Evidence of Insurance, Certificates, and Auto Id Cards
Provide accurate and prompt customer service support for mid-term changes and inquiries
Support clients during the claim process
Track and follow up on cancellations
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
Qualifications
Individual must be motivated and dependable with a team-work attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
2+ years Commercial Lines Insurance experience
