Personal Lines Account Manager

A well-established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to take the lead in managing their Personal Lines book of business. Responsibilities:

Manage personal lines book, servicing the personal insurance needs of clients Advising clientson coveragesand risk reduction strategies Drive growth by cross-selling & coverage reviews Remarket/bind policies forcompetitivepricing Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and mutual success Build andmaintainstrong client relationships through consistent and responsive communication Selling not required but strongly encouraged and incentivized Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 + years managing a Personal Lines book Active P&C License Proficiency with Hawksoft or AMS360, or Applied EPIC Familiarity with carriers like Safeco, Liberty, Westfield, Cincinnati, etc. A Team Player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others Service First: client-focused, detail-oriented, consultative solution-oriented problem solver Agency Offering:
