Key Responsibilities: Grow and manage your existing book of business with shipper customers. Provide competitive freight quotes and adeptly negotiate rates. Book shipments and oversee the complete process from pickup to delivery. Coordinate effectively with carriers and internal teams. Ensure adherence to timelines for pickups and deliveries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. Communicate load details, documentation, and updates clearly and professionally.
