Amazon Operations Specialist / Amazon Account Manager Utah-Based | In-Office

Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE $85,000)

About the Role We are looking for an absolute rockstar to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem. You'll be our key to continue producing at a high level and solving problems that are crucial to seeing massive growth in our portfolio businesses.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts, helping brands grow through operational excellence, data‑driven decisions, and strong coordination across teams.

This is a role where you will directly impact the performance and growth of several Amazon brands.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts

Monitor product performance including sales, rankings, and advertising metrics

Execute account audits and identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Coordinate with internal teams across creative, logistics, and product development

Manage listings, catalog updates, and troubleshooting issues within Seller Central

Monitor inventory levels and help ensure products stay in stock

Analyze reports to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability

Communicate updates and strategies with internal leadership and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

1–3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central

Strong understanding of Amazon operations (listings, catalog, inventory, etc.)

Experience analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Self‑starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and execute at the highest level

Nice to Have

Experience with Amazon PPC or advertising analytics

Experience working with Amazon agencies or managing multiple brands

Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics platforms

On-Target Earnings:

Up to $85,000 with performance-based bonuses
