Contact Center Representative – Family Leave Support Team
Fully Remote | Contract Role | COLORADO RESIDENCY REQUIRED

Are you someone who leads with empathy, communicates clearly, and thrives in meaningful, service‑driven work? This role supports helping individuals and families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives.
As a Contact Center Representative, you’ll provide compassionate, end‑to‑end support to callers navigating family and medical leave. This is not a traditional, speed‑driven call center role. Success here is defined by care, accuracy, and resolution—not how fast you get off the phone.
What You’ll Do
Provide empathetic, voice‑based support to callers regarding paid family leave benefits Assist with account registration, claim navigation, and issue resolution Troubleshoot system and application challenges with confidence and patience Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in Salesforce Authenticate callers and ensure compliance with program policies Collaborate with internal teams using chat and communication platforms Stay present on calls as long as needed to fully support each individual What Makes This Role Different
