Private Ambassador Program Manager

this leader will be responsible for leading and nurturing our exclusive community of top performing sellers. This pivotal role will focus on driving growth in our High-End categories and top-clients while ensuring an unparalleled client experience through our elite sales community.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the retail atmosphere, luxury markets, community engagement strategies, and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence.

Job Responsibilities Community Building & Talent Mapping

Develop and execute strategies for building and maintaining a strong, engaged community of top-performing sellers.

Market the Private Ambassador role within Louis Vuitton Americas to maintain the prestige / perception for potential candidates

Reinforce benchmarks in partnership with RVP, RD, CR + Store leadership

Empower the CRD’s to invest in PA clientele and experience

Recruitment and succession planning for TOP performers (Regional, Director, etc)

Content & Knowledge Sharing

Curate and share artistic, cultural, and current affairs newsletter to equip top salespeople with relevant and enriching topics for client interactions.

Propose and implement new tools and platforms to facilitate the sharing of best practices and insights within the community.

Manage weekly WhatsApp group activities to foster real-time interaction, information sharing, and camaraderie among top sellers.

Strategic Development & Collaboration

Create tools and foster synergies with various internal departments and partners to effectively promote product categories and enhance the process and delivery for PA clientele

Manage and monitor Private Ambassador clienteling budget to drive ROI.

Develop a comprehensive integration and development pathways for top salespeople, collaborating closely with Learning, HR, and Retail teams across different zones.

Community Engagement

Plan and execute annual international seminars for top sellers, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Ability to travel regionally to support client strategies while collaborating with regional teams is a must.

Plan and execute an annual zone seminars to ensure alignment and consistency in community development efforts.

Manage and promote UHNW Task Force within the PA community.

Performance & Recognition

Track and analyze the performance of top sellers within the community.

Conduct annual reviews of top salesperson profiles and rankings to ensure ongoing development and recognition.

Partner with regional teams to share performance feedback and quarterly action plan.

Profile The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in Client Relations management within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Elevated and sophisticated communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self + Team Composure; ability to provide insight to foster trust and support development

Proven track record of planning and executing successful client-facing experiences.

Strong understanding of luxury client service principles.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with budget management and vendor negotiation.

Flexibility to travel, work evenings and weekends as needed.

Retail Experience & foreign Languages, a plus.

The appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary range within USD $120,000 – $140,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

Please note that restrictions may apply to part-time employees.

The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
